As many of you know … calling Cuba isn’t always easy. In addition to the line quality, cost is a major problem. Some providers deliberately keep the cost high … or attach extra hidden fees.
Some of the hidden fees are …
- Connection fee
- Weekly fee
- Call rounding – usually to the 3rd minute
- False billing
We do not believe in this way of billing customers. Hence we don’t charge those hidden fees. Our billing is always by the second. If your call is 45 seconds long, thats all we charge for.
